Ev1host.com takes personal integrity seriously. Therefore we do not store any more information than is necessary in order for us to run the service in a satisfying way. We do not disclose any of this information about our customers to any third parties other than when this is required by law.

The only time ev1host.com would disclose any information of any of our customers, is when law (2003:389) about electronic communication is applicable. In short it says that information is to be handed over to swedish authorities in case of crimes that could lead to jail.

General

The service is provided to the customer by ev1host.com, which is owned by Netalia AB, VAT# SE556803238601, Box 54 12121 Johanneshov Stockholm Sweden.

The content of the service is specified in the order confirmation which is sent to the customer by E-mail after order.

The agreement / use

The service shall begin on the date that ev1host.com receives the first payment from the customer, and shall continue for the number of months stated in the ”new account information mail”.

Ev1host.com do not apply any automatic renewal. When the time has past, ev1host.com will generate an invoice, if the invoice is not paid, the customers account will be inactivated until the invoice is paid.

Ev1host.com offer an unconditional 30 days money back guarantee. Customer need to claim the money back in writing at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . The money back guarantee does not apply to domains.

The customer is not allowed to use the service in any way that is not in accordance with swedish law. If the service is used in such way, ev1host.com reserves the right to terminate the customers account without any refund. Ev1host.com also have the right to terminate the account if the user, use the service in such way that it results in unauthorized access to others computers or networks etc., use the service in such way that it results in or may risk to result in any damage for ev1host.com, use the service for unsolicited or prohibited advertising such spam.

The customer is responsible for keeping backup copys of the content the customer has stored at ev1host.com´s servers.

Domains

Ev1host.com will take necessary steps to register domain names on behalf of the customer when requested. These steps will not be initiated until ev1host.com have received the payment from the customer. The customer will be notified by E-mail when the domain name is registered.

Responsibility

The customer's use of ev1host.com´s services is entirely at his/her own risk. Ev1host.com cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, that may arise from the customers use of the service. Ev1host.com cannot be held responsible for losses or other circumstances that may arise as a result of unavailability of access to services or information on the Internet, regardless of the reason for such unavailability. Ev1host.com accepts no responsibility for any loss of personal data, including the loss or damage of installed software, etc. Ev1host.com does not accept any responsibility for access gained by unauthorised persons to the customer's data or systems or damage incurred as a result of this. The customer is aware of that ev1host.com takes no responsibility for the domain name process. Ev1host.com can not be held responsible for any failure of renewal, failure of registration etc. of the customers requested domain.

Any dispute that may arise between the customer and Ev1host.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with swedish law.
